Volunteer with FareShare

FareShare relies on the generous support of volunteers to help run and manage the project. There are many volunteer opportunities available across the organisation and the country.

Volunteering in the National team

There are a number a volunteer opportunities in the National Office in London in the areas of marketing and fundraising.

Volunteering in the FareShare depots

Across the country, 280 volunteers work in our FareShare depots, carrying out a range of vital activities. For example, FareShare London has a regular team of 93 volunteers, many of whom have been working for FareShare for several years. FareShare provides valuable training opportunities in food hygiene, driving and delivery.

How do I volunteer?

You can download a volunteer application form (pdf-50k) and return to local FareShare project. FareShare currently operates eight projects around the country. Find your local scheme and contact them to enquire about volunteer opportunies at each project.
