As the Customer Officer, you will enable a high quality and sustainable programme to deliver the best customer experience possible, by ensuring the delivery of excellent charity support, internal quality standards and relationship management across relevant FareShare partnerships.

Resolution Executive (FareShare FoodCloud)

Location: Sheffield

About the role

As a Resolution Executive you will support the ongoing success of this project by working closely with the support centre in Ireland and the Community Coordinators to resolve issues that arise with the collections, gather data for the Charity Insight Coordinator, provide internal support for the wider team and help out with any administrative tasks. This role is mainly office based, and you will be spending a good amount time on the phone, to deliver a critical service for this project.


 

Project Coordinator Executive (FareShare FoodCloud)

Locations:  Oxford

About the role
As Project Coordinator Executive, you will be line managed by the local FareShare FoodCloud Regional Officer and find leads in the region you cover, to develop into permanent partnerships between stores and charities. The successful candidate must be resourceful and have the ability to build long lasting trusting relationships.

At its heart, this role is about making connections and building relationships. Successful candidates will demonstrate that they have the ability to work collaboratively with others and act with integrity and professionalism. Whilst we expect candidates to demonstrate that they have good technical and organisational skills, you must also have strong interpersonal skills to be able to build trusting relationships.

Standards Coordinator role in Sheffield

About the role

As the Standards Coordinator, you will ensure that we maintain consistent food safety standards, identifying and reducing risk across the programme. Your goal is to support and enable our delivery team to provide a service in accordance with our most up to date processes and food safety legislation. You will work as part of a lively team responsible for supporting the continuous improvement of the programme.
