Office Manager

Location: Deptford, London, SE8 5HY
Salary: £25,000
Closing date: 12:30PM on Friday 28 July

About the role
This is an exciting time to join an ambitious and growing charity. As the Office Manager you will be responsible for the office facilities on the London premises, liaising with third party contractors as necessary, this could be anything from arranging roof repairs, calling a locksmith or sorting out problems with the internet connection. As part of this aspect of your role you will ensure health and safety compliance within the office.

You will liaise with our IT contractor ensuring FareShare’s 60 employees have the resources they need to perform their duties efficiently and effectively. This includes those based in Deptford, London as well as teams in Merseyside, West Midlands and Sheffield and the 70 members of the FareShare FoodCloud Team who work across the UK, either remotely or embedded within one of the FareShare network’s Regional Centres.

Project Coordinator Executive roles x 4

Locations: Brighton, Bristol, Reading and Swindon

About the role
As Project Coordinator Executive you will be line managed by the local FareShare FoodCloud Regional Officer and find leads in the region you cover, to develop into permanent partnerships between stores and charities. The successful candidate must be resourceful and have the ability to build long lasting trusting relationships.

At its heart, this role is about making connections and building relationships. Successful candidates will demonstrate that they have the ability to work collaboratively with others and act with integrity and professionalism. Whilst we expect candidates to demonstrate that they have good technical and organisational skills, you must also have strong interpersonal skills to be able to build trusting relationships.

Community Coordinator role in Oxford region

About the role
As Community Coordinator, your role will focus on the maintenance and sustainability of the FareShare FoodCloud programme, ensuring you are contributing to the development and growth of the FareShare charity community. The successful candidate will be resourceful and be an exceptional communicator in order to develop and maintain relationships with a range of key stakeholders.
