Trusts & Grants Manager

Location: London

About the role
FareShare UK has a strong portfolio of Trust, Foundation and Grant funders and a growing number of Statutory sources of income. To support FareShare’s ambitions over the next 2-3 years the team will be looking to retain key funders and develop emerging projects/proposals to secure new business. There are also opportunities to build upon the current pool of smaller funders and develop the statutory funding stream.

The key focus of the role will be:
1. Managing and maximising key trusts and foundations, statutory and grant funders seeking to extend their support wherever possible with a focus on multi-year.
2. Ensuring a focus on new opportunities undertaking the necessary research to identify potential funders including those outside of the UK.
3. Developing a range of engaging proposals around key aspects of FareShare’s work.
4. Managing the Trusts & Foundation and Grants & Statutory Officers ensuring delivery of their objectives.

Project Coordinator Executive roles x 7

Locations: Brighton, Reading, Swindon, London (x2), Southampton and Essex

About the role
As Project Coordinator Executive, you will be line managed by the local FareShare FoodCloud Regional Officer and find leads in the region you cover, to develop into permanent partnerships between stores and charities. The successful candidate must be resourceful and have the ability to build long lasting trusting relationships.

At its heart, this role is about making connections and building relationships. Successful candidates will demonstrate that they have the ability to work collaboratively with others and act with integrity and professionalism. Whilst we expect candidates to demonstrate that they have good technical and organisational skills, you must also have strong interpersonal skills to be able to build trusting relationships.

Community Coordinator role in Oxford region

About the role
As Community Coordinator, your role will focus on the maintenance and sustainability of the FareShare FoodCloud programme, ensuring you are contributing to the development and growth of the FareShare charity community. The successful candidate will be resourceful and be an exceptional communicator in order to develop and maintain relationships with a range of key stakeholders.

Standards Coordinator role in Sheffield

About the role

As the Standards Coordinator, you will ensure that we maintain consistent food safety standards, identifying and reducing risk across the programme. Your goal is to support and enable our delivery team to provide a service in accordance with our most up to date processes and food safety legislation. You will work as part of a lively team responsible for supporting the continuous improvement of the programme.
